The name of this cache has nothing to do with where it is hidden. It is just off of a parking area.
The cache is a lock and lock container with the original contents being a log book, one pencil, one pen, a sharpener, bubbles, a red turtle, pirates of the carribean skull, and a Kansas Sunshine geocoin. This could be in a high muggle area which may make it easier to get at night.
