The cache is located in Echo Lake Park in Watertown.
Park is open dawn to dusk. There is a “Little Tykes” pirate ship playground, picnic area, and the lake. When placing the cache I saw numerous water fowl, frogs, and a heron ( ?).
Requires a short walk on a recently upgraded trail. Container is a small lock & lock about seventy five feet off the trail, to avoid undesired traffic.
CITO always appreciated, I hauled three grocery bags out when placing and could have used more than I had with me.
Coordinates were averaged multiple times with two GPSrs, but agreement varied. Hint should do it if needed.
