This is not a fun cache but a cache for thougth.
Valerie was a young child who was not loved in this world. Her horrible mother and a demon for a boyfriend kept Valerie in the cold dark basement of their home with little food or water and no toilet. She starved to death and the demons took her body and dump her on the side of the road like a road killed animal. A stranger found her body.
Valerie was not loved in this world but I am sure Valerie is in the very loving arms of God. Stop and say a pray if you can for Valerie and all the other Valeries.
This is the first and as far as I know the only monument that has been placed on state highway property
