Hopewell Friends Cemetery Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

1401jones: Thanks for letting me know of the problem. I went and checked it out and my hiding place no longer exists. I'm thankful that whoever cut down the shrubs left the cache, but I couldn't find anywhere else to place a regular cache. There might be a few places for a micro, but for now I'm just going to archive this one. That will open it up for some other cacher to place one here, if they are so inclined.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Hopewell Friends Cemetery, named after the church that once stood on this site. The land was deeded to the church in 1839. The church originally stood about a mile to the southeast, but in 1839 the building was moved to the new location by "log rolling" it across the land to this cemetery.

The cache is a large peanut jar, covered in camo tape.
