Bei diesem Cache lernst Du Eichbüchl bzw. das Gebiet des "Gespitzten Riegel" kennen. Die Weglänge beträgt etwa 7 km und ist nicht für Kinderwagen geeignet.
You get to know the area of Eichbüchl and of the "Gespitzter Riegel". The length of the tour is about 7 km. The paths are not accessible for strollers.

Alle Stages und der Cache können auf Wegen erreicht werden. Für die gesamte Runde sind in etwa 2-3 Stunden zu veranschlagen. Als Bonuscache ist GCYPHR als Stage eingebaut.
In dieser Gegend gibt es einige Heurigen, die zu einem Besuch nach der erfolgreichen Suche einladen. Bei den Parkplatzkoordinaten gibt es außerdem ein Wirtshaus: S'Kupfer-Dachl.
All stages and the cache can be reached via paths. You'll need about 2-3 hours for the whole walk. GCYPHR is hidden as a stage as bonus-cache! In the area there are several "Heurige", where you can eat and drink something. At the parking coordinates you also find a restaurant: S'Kupfer-Dachl
Zur Geschichte/The history:
Im April des Jahres 1945 verbrachte Dr. Karl Renner mehrere Tage im Schloss Eichbüchl. Innerhalb von 12 Tagen entwarf er hier die ersten Pläne für die Wiedererrichtung der zweiten Republik. Daher wird Schloss Eichbüchl oft als Geburtsort der Republik Österreich bezeichnet. Da uns das aber etwas übertrieben scheint, haben wir den Cache "Zeugungsort" genannt... ;)
In April 1945 Dr.Karl Renner lived for several days in the castle of Eichbüchl. During twelf days he developed the first plans for reconstitution of the Republic of Austria. Therefore the castle of Eichbüchl is called the "place of birth" of the Republic of Austria. This seemed overdone to us, so we called this cache "place of procreation"... ;)
