Geocache Description:

My friends and I used to hang out at this park almost every day in the summers when we were kids. We used to have our Boy Scout meetings in the church across the street. That troop is no longer chartered and the church's congregation has built a larger building and moved to the other side of the traffic light on Johnson Road.

The cache is located up the hill near the fence line of Johnson Corner's Cemetery. You are looking for a film canister with only enough room for the log. Bring your own scribbling tool and please replace the cache exactly as you found it. No caching after dark please.

There is limited parking on the roadside (Gale Drive) in front of the park. More parking can be found across the street in the church's parking lot.

This is one of the oldest cemeteries in Summit County. Back in the 60's there was no fence and the weeds were so thick you could barely find any headstones. The current condition is a vast improvement. Take a few minutes to read the stone at the entrance and the plaque near the rear of the cemetery.
