On top of Mt. Benson
Print yourself a map of the hiking trails on Mt. Benson by going to www.mountbenson.ca and click on the word 'maps' on the top header. I recommend driving up Kilpatrick Rd to Benson View Rd and follow it to the end beside Witchcraft Lake. Take one of the Witchcraft trails ( 1,2 or 3)up to Old Road (red). Turn left and follow Old Road to New Logging Road. This junction is at N49*09.383 W124*02.830. Walk along New Logging Road. You will be turning right at N49*09.180 W124*02.340, this road will become a trail, and it is well marked with ribbons. Follow it to the summit. Allow yourself 4 to 5 hours return. The view is incredible. This cache is nowhere near where my original Benson's Hedges cache was, which has now been archived.
