Geocache Description:

This is located near Gatun Pond in the Skylands Manor section of Ringwood State Park.

Gatun Pond was the swimming pool for the Skylands estate. At one time there were change houses, a diving board, etc., but now only the slate steps remain.
The cache is located on a hill above the pond and is a few hundred feet off of the Crossover (White) trail.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $5.00 parking fee, on weekends and holidays, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
