There You can enjoy nice view.
If You wan to find cache, You have to count the number of the pillars [X] of the building, which stands there.
Also, You have to count the number of flagstaffs [YY].
Now go to the location:

Here:
X - number of the pillars;
YY - number of the flagstaffs;
ZZ=YY-4.
