This is a small cache at the Underground Railroad-themed I-80 East rest stop. A good way to go would be downhill from the parking lot to the right of the big building. This will give you the full effect of the cache and the historical significance of its name.
Tabor, Iowa, founded in 1852 is described as the most significant hub of the Underground Railroad in western Iowa. The links below offer more info in short small articles:

What's all this have to do with this geocache? When you go downhill, and look uphill to the right, imagine you're looking to western Iowa, and you'll get it, plus the cache title.
The cache is a small camo container, about the size of a soup can with a log and pencil. Have fun!
