This cache is in a shopping plaza in Watertown, NY. Not a hard to figure out the area it's in.
It's a magnetic key holder hidden somewhere in a shopping plaza that can be heavily burdened by muggles. But fear not, this is definitely a cache and dash that you don't have to go far from your vehicle for.
