*** The cache is NOT at the "posted" co-ordinates. You
must solve this puzzle to find out where to go.
***
As an added bonus, the above coordinates are for Benchmark:
BT1603. If you do go to these coordinates you can log a benchmark
find at

This is a 4 stage multi cache, all within Lee County, Georgia.
You will first have to solve the puzzle to find the coordinates to
the first location/stage. Then you will need to decode the
coordinates for each remaining location/stage. You will need some
paper and a pen to complete the puzzle AND also to decode the
coordinates.

This is the set of coordinates that will take you to the first
location/stage. However the coordinates will need to be carefully
calculated.

After solving the puzzle above, you will have the coordinates
to the first location/stage. Start at the first location/stage. At
each location/stage, you will find the information needed to answer
the question for that location/stage. The answer to the question
becomes the key to decode the next set of coordinates. Then, the
next set of coordinates will take you to the next
location/stage.
Here is how it works, for example, if the coordinates take you
to an oak tree, and the question is “what kind of tree is
here”? Since the answer is “OAK", what you do is COUNT
THE NUMBER OF LETTERS IN THE ANSWER. Do not count spaces or
punctuation. ONLY COUNT THE NUMBER OF LETTERS.
Next, count three letters in from “A” in the
alphabet to “C”.
Write the alphabet down on a piece of paper as you normally
would. Underneath that alphabet, write the “new”
alphabet, starting with “C”, because of a three place
shift from the count of three in the word OAK.
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
CDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZAB
A then becomes C, B becomes D, etc. So now the coded word
“ECEJG” can be decoded to read the work
“CACHE”.
Use this simple decoding method for each new set of coordinates
and messages.
Each location/stage has its own key. One answer will only
decode one set of coordinates. The answer is not always one word.
Count all letters in each word of the answer for the key. Do not
count spaces or punctuation. ONLY COUNT THE NUMBER OF
LETTERS.

Don’t get too comfortable with one decoding methodology,
as things WILL change when least expected.
The first three locations/stages will offer easy enough
conditions. Neither the driving nor the walking will not difficult.
When you get to the final location/stage you will have some
off-roading to do, plus the walking will be on a very unstable
incline, CAUTION MUST BE MAINTAINED DURING THE CLIMB. You will
understand when you see it.
The cache is a well camouflaged ammo can with a log book and
lots of trade items, including a small magnetic dartboard, Dora the
Explorer Go Fish and Old Maid, a knotted bone for a pet, a
flashlight, a tumbling vehicle, a precision screw driver set. As
always, trade items, trackable coins, and travel bugs are
welcomed.
I forgot to put writing instruments in the cache, so please
bring your own pen to sign the log until I post that I have put
some in it.
Have fun! I hope you enjoy this multi-cache as much as I
enjoyed creating it.
