Located near Red Canyon Visitors Center,park in the parking lot and enjoy.
Park on the East end of the parking lot and look to the NorthEast. You may see the arch from this point. It will take you 5 minutes to hike up to the cache, but the scenery is worth it. My two boys picked the location under the arch. Plastic container as ammo cans keep getting stolen. Recently replaced the log-book.
