There are no letterbox hybrids real close by, so I thought I'd take care of that little problem. Rubber stamping is another hobby of mine. The rules for this type of cache are simple. Stamp an image into the journal and sign your name. You can bring your own stamp(s)/ink or use those provided in the cache. Guys please don't be shy. Feel free to ignore the stamping aspect of this cache, and treat it like any other cache.
This cache is located in the park at the intersection of Paper Mill and Polly Drummond Hill Roads. There is lots of parking available. The coordinates have been thoroughly checked. I also sent my non-geocaching hubby out to find the cache and he had no problems.
I've got some requirements for logging this cache. Only upbeat, positive, and encouraging logs are allowed. Some of you (you know who you are) seem to have trouble with this. If you are one of these people I suggest a glass or two of Riesling or a bottle of Lowenbrau prior to your hunt. Here are some examples of acceptable logs:
1. How does Harthausen do it? She keeps coming up with these great, imaginative caches. I loved it, way to go!
2. Great cache! The coordinates were dead on.
3. Lowenbrau is great beer! Thanks for the recommendation. I suggest it be served at one of our Geo Events. Oh, and the cache was fun too.
4. Major DNF. I couldn't find it today, but that's ok. I'm not discouraged at all. Can't wait to try again soon.
5. TFTC! You don't have to get wet, climb trees or fences, or dodge cars to find it. Good job!
I think you get the idea. Any log that doesn't meet the requirements will vanish. Also, this is a pretty busy park. Please rehide the cache well. Extra credit to all who can properly pronounce the cache name. HAPPY CACHING!
