I am a volunteer reviewer for geocaches in Wisconsin. It was recently brought to my attention that this geocache is located on a vehicular bridge (actually the guardrail attached to a vehicular bridge). The Wisconsin DOT, who is responsible for bridge inspection of all vehicular bridges, has issued regulations banning geocaches (and everything else, for that matter) from being placed on or under vehicular bridges in Wisconsin. This regulation was issued ostensibly to prevent issues with the inspection process. Because of this regulation, I am forced to archive your listing. Please understand that, unlike other "grandfathered" situations, this involves a regulation of a state agency, and cannot continue to be listed. Please take the time to remove your cache at the earliest opportunity. I do apologize that this cache was incorrectly approved originally, but mistakes can be made even by those of the best intentions. Note that this is specifically a Wisconsin state regulation, and would not affect any of your caches in other states.
