It's a great first timer's GPS find. Easy walk from the parking lot. Bring your compass for the bonus find.
I have known the property owners for over 13 years. I suggested this cache and got their permission. The above will take you to the main cache. There is room for trades.
This main cache completes the requirements for logging this site.
If you want to take a look for the OPTIONAL: 2nd bonus find on the property, you can not use a gps just a common compass. This is a Traditional Pirates Map Treasure Hunt. With a starting point, walking paces and ending up a "X". (NO you will not have to dig the treasure chest up)
NOTICE: Any GPS cordinates to the 2nd cache, will be delete off the log. These are bible trivia questions.

First find Peters nickname in the north lawn from the building, which is in line 45 degrees from the corner of the parking lot. Now using chapter and verse numbers from question 2, walk adult size paces the chapter number in the direction of the Star of David's first appearance _ _ S T. Now turn and walk keeping your compass pointed magnetic North take the verse number in adult size paces. "X" marks the spot.
