Geocache Description:

Nice Hike, family friendly, altitude 1085 ft.,

This is a family friendly cache provided you don't mind a brisk walk up hill for about a mile! It should also be winter friendly provided it is left as it is found each time. Park at the old Mt. Park Entrance: N42 14.524 W072 37.808 go through the gate that is not yellow. Follow to the B17 Walking trail coordinates: N42 14.911 W072 37.993 and head up.

Tom Summit Cache is well done in the respects that its owner spent a lot of time preparing a guide that is in the cache that gives an in depth history of the area.
