Geocache Description:

Public Water Access, due to hazard-discarded barbed wire near access point not children friendly

This is an off set cache, first stage has clue to locate and open cache, which is locked(okay, lock is AWOL, sans for now)...use care discarded barbed wire near landing...Cache contains large micro container, take one if you want, I'll keep these supplied, swapping micro's okay, but not necessary...NRA/ILA pins, etc, fishing jigs...
