Geocache Description:

Look at the trash house from the cache.

From Sierra way (Mountain99), take the road to the trash. You don’t want to weigh yourself or go past the end of the road. You can park at: N 35 42.591, W118 24.840, then get out of the car, take a deep breath and look up

A fence was constructed to prevent cattle that may enter the area from private land from entering the roadway and to discourage hunters from disturbing the cattle. There is private land some distance further uphill from the cache. The barb wire fence has a protective covering over the barbs to allow an easy crossing near the indicated parking place. If you walk up the draw and stay to the right of the entry area woden post (with the No Trespassing sign on it) then cut left to the cache, you will be on BLM land. My thanks to my partner, Nudel, for tracking down the owner of the new fence, the pictures, and why the fence was installed in that particular place. Van65

Cache contains: Bird call, 2 magnetic clips, 12V plug-in map light, Alarm clock, Candle, Tape recorder, 2 AA batteries, Kerosene lamp, Reusable hand-warmer, 3 dinosaurs, 2 elastic ties.

Please make a log entry and take and take a picture of your happy smiling face(s).
