This is just a little appetizer on your visit to see "The King"

This cache is just a little BONUS for the short, but steep, climb you'll have just made. Please use the directions and parking coord's provided for the Elvis Confluence cache. Elvis Confluence - GC135
These directions will lead you to access through National Forestlands without having to cross private property:
Helpful hints:

  • Schedule a day, leave the bubbateeth at home,
    and don't forget to turn on the GPS (duh)


  • Access to Jefferson National Forest land can be reached without crossing private property !
    Most other routes require landowner permisson.


  • Along VA712, (Miller Creek Rd) there is about 400ft of frontage along the road that is Jefferson National Forest (public) land.

  • From VA 712 find rock painted red at:
    N37 00.787 W080 57.385

  • Park near disk marked WC 18.48 National Forest Service
