Almost placed in Galway City Centre, this cache will bring you to a gorgeous viewpoint on the bay
The coordinates point to a commemorative plaque from which you will have a very nice scenic view.
"N" is the the most frequent figure on this plaque.
Go back from where you came and count N granite posts (on your right hand side, along the mouth of the river Corrib)
The cache is hidden in the wall facing the Nth post.
The area is REALLY popular , and the greatest ninja discretion is required to retrieve it.
Inside the cache is a stone engraved with the initials of the cache, which was supposed to hide it but finally would have made things too obvious and suspicious for non-cachers.
The box in the cache is a small lunch box 8x11x15 cm wrapped in a plastic bag.
Initial content : period 4 travel bug, lipstick, a few Croatian coins, a disco fan, + logbook, pencil and sharpener.
Please put back the stones as you found them as it is, once again, a popular place.
This is our very first cache, placed here 2 months after having embraced GeoCaching. We live nearby, so we'll be ale to maintain the cache if anything goes wrong.
