This cache is located within Stony Creek Metropark, a part of
the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority park system. A Metropark
Vehicle Entry Permit is required: Annual Permit $20, Senior Permit

Bring your fishing pole and a chair and try your luck at some
fishing. Shore fishing access is across the park road from this
parking lot.
Located close to the shore fishing parking lot. There is is no
clearly marked trail leading to the cache. A few yards of very
light bush whacking will lead you into an area that has little to
no ground vegetation. The ground near the cache was dry and firm
when I was here placing the cache during July through September.
But the area looks like it would hold water after heavy rains or
after the spring thaw.
Room for smaller trade items. Once you find the cache please be
gentle when you retrieve it. You'll see why once you find it. I
hope the container holds up under normal use, but a little bit of
care when you find it will help maintain this container. Please
replace the cache as well as you found it or better.
