dmnrec: Went to see what the situation was with the construction. Don't know what is going here... I'm sure the city sold the land as a TIF for creating 2 new jobs. Recreation center was tore down many years ago as well, so seemed appropriate to archive this 18-year-old cache.

I made this a little harder to keep the muggles away. The neighborhood kids spend a lot of time in these woods for their hangout. However, there are also older youth using the area for not so legal activities, hence the recommendation to only cache in daylight.
