Geocache Description:

Well, some of you know Motlah's real name, so you'll know you are close to cache area when you see her name.

San Gabriel-Birthplace of the Los Angeles Region. The San Gabriel Mission District is home to San Gabriel Mission Arcangel founded in 1771 as the 4th mission in the chain of 21 California missions established by Fr. Junipero Serra.

All in walking distance are 3 museums reflecting over 300 years of California history (visit link)

There is the legendary San Gabriel Civic Auditorium and many gift shops and art shop/galleries and restaurants.

The cache site was once the City Hall after the city was incorporated in 1913. It was later the site of Panchito's Mexican Food from 1956-1993. It is now a restaurant featuring Dim Sum.
