Quick roadside micro cache. I've rated this a 2 terrain only because the last few feet are a bit tricky. Otherwise it should be fairly straight forward.
This is my first cache. (And might I add, it's long overdue!!) I chose this location as I thought my first few caches should introduce the caching world to who I am. So, this is the sight of my childhood home, and no, the home that sits here now is NOT the home I grew up in. My childhood home was torn down several years ago to have this monster of a home built.
So why did I name this cache "Seein' Tower"? You'll note that the house is angled away from the road, and towards the hill. This is not by accident. When I was a child my parents used to sit out on the front porch after dinner and enjoy the view. Personally I was too young to appreciate such a beautiful view. On clear days, sitting on the porch it was possible to see the CN tower (hence the cache name). So I encourage you to take a moment after finding the cache to enjoy this spectacular view. Let me know if you saw the tower!
Please note that while this is a country road, and there is not a lot of traffic, the cache is at the crest of a hill so traffic may be blind to your presence. Remain far over on the shoulder of the road, and please watch children carefully. I actually would encourage you to park on the side street at the following coordinates. 43 25.754N 079 55.646W
Please bring your own writing instrument as there isn't one in the cache. There is a scratch and win ticket in the cache for the FTF.
