Cowboy Kokopelli Traditional Cache

Note from DrJay: This was the first traditional cache that my son and I ever found, and it set the bar pretty high for creativity.  After finding a few more I realized just how unique kokopelli44's caches were, and that caches could be more than just a piece of tupperware hidden in a bush.  When kokopelli44 abruptly archived all of his caches and withdrew from the world of geocaching, AD0OR and I both decided (independently of each other, as it turns out) that they were too great to just let disappear and that newer cachers should have the opportunity to find them.
