This cache is about 15 yards from one of Columbia's many paved paths. You'll need to cross a small stream to get to it. It is off of Thunder Hill Rd, there is a tot lot and bridge close by, on the other side of the creek. It can be approached without crossing any private property.
The cache is a tupperware container with a variety of toys inside.
