Mr Truffles: Time for this series to go as some of the boxes neeed a bit of TLC. This box and contents are remarkably dry and in good order. Cache box removed from site. I've freed up the area for others. Thanks to all who have visited since October 2006.

Geocache Description:

This is part of the Roamin Round Ravenfield multi cache series set in or around the picturesque village of Old Ravenfield.

The cache is located about three quarters of a mile from the recommended car parking area to be used for the entire series. Some of the paths may be muddy especially after rain. The GPS can be a little erratic in the area near the cache but the good old 'cachers eye' will soon spot the likely place for the hide. The views from the cache site are excellent. At the time of launching this cache the woods were displaying all the fruits and colours of the season and there is ample opportunity for those who like sweet chestnuts to take a few samples of nature.

Inside the front of the log book you will find part of the coordinates for the Roamin Round Ravenfield - Master Cache.

The cache box is a 1 litre tupperware style box containing a cache card, log book, pen, pencil, sharpener, FTF card and assorted goodies.

Please ensure the cache is well hidden after use. The area can be popular with walkers and indeed some less desirable members of the community. Hide it better than you found it.
