This is a Micro Cache !
The idea behind this cache is that it is in plain sight. It is in a high traffic area with hundreds of cars and many pedestrians passing within a foot of the cache every day. Muggles will not spot the cache in a month of Sundays, but any geocacher worth their salt should spy it fairly quickly (or not!!).
The only advice you will get at this stage is that you need to bring your own pencil/pen.
