It has been almost a year since this cache was disabled. There has been no response to my note dated 11 Mar 17 and no indication that anything is going to be done. I can only let a cache remain disabled for so long without any action being taken to replace it. Consequently I am archiving the cache at this time. If the owner wishes to perform the needed maintenance in the near future I may consider unarchiving it.

This cache is not hidden.

August 24-2015 update. Over the past month I have noticed cachers walking on the roadway (steep hill) when looking for this cache. You do not need to do this. Just head to our front parking area on Ishkoodah and you will see either a Cadillac car, an old brown 1991 Aerostar Ford Van, or a Green Jimmy parked. That is where you should be, not on that road heading up the hill. NEW CACHE CONTAINER - JULY 13, 2015. You have permission from the owner (me) to park in our private parking lot unless we are there and the parking spaces are all taken. In any case there is ample parking to the west as that road street is still not developed. This cache is being watched by neighbors the year round. IMPORTANT. Be sure to put parts back together exactly as found and spin the numbers so that the system is locked again. Be sure the numbers are facing towards you, not towards the hedges.
