NOTE: This cache has been moved to meet new state regulations, therefore the cipher has been changed to reflect the new coords. The posted coords are for the old Trailhead, they are bogus, but will get you in the general area. Much has changed since this one was placed, almost nine years ago. Back then this would have properly earned it's 2.5 for Difficulty, now it might be considered a bit easier.

In order to preserve at least a bit of the original concept for this cache, the remainder of the Description is from the original listing.

Does “One bad apple spoil the whole bunch?” we don’t think so! Well, if the rotten apple sat around long enough, perhaps it might. So, don’t waste any time! Solve the cipher and log this cache!
