How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Short walk down a public path. All but the last few feet is a cake walk, the very end is a little bushy. Please log your visit on the site and I encourage photos of your find!

The cache is an ammo can with a log book & various gooodies. There's a clue in the title that might save you some grief. If you can't figure it out, decrypt the clues, they're not spoilers. Please read the poem that is inside the lid. It's the namesake of this cache. If you have kids in your party ask them what they think Mr. Frost was speaking about. Trade whatever you have for whatever you want. Have Fun!

**SPECIAL NOTE FOR OUT-OF-TOWNERS**

Please note that I do NOT advise you to try to locate this cache from The Natchez Trace Parkway. The "Trace" is a beautiful and relaxing drive with many places to stop and sightsee. There is not a proper place to pull over near this cache while you are on the Trace. Please exit at either West Main Street (south of the cache) or McCullough Boulevard (north of the cache) and make your way to the Jackson Street Horse Trail. There's plenty of free and safe parking.
