Located in the Walnut Creek Recreation Area, with permission from the Papio NRD. It's all bikepath up to the cache location, should be handicapped accessible. However, nearest parking is .3 miles off, as the crow flies. As the lake curves, it was actually about .66 miles.
This shouldn't be a hard one to find. I found this spot while walking around the lake, and even though I was in a hurry, ended sitting down and watching the ducks out on the lake for 15 minutes. It's a perfect spot to take a breather. The wind off the lake can be cold though - not advised for a raw, wet day.
Cache container is a small, well sealed rubbermaid container, suitable for small items.
Initial contents: rubik's cube keychain, skull bracelet, rubber "nothing is impossible" bracelet, LED pen, CITO kit, doublesided carabiner, and of course the logbook and pen. There is also a camera in the cache - snap your pic, or one of the surroundings. :)
