Geocache Description:

The third of the three caches set to celebrate the return of GMT.Just take away the light and a stroll around the Common becomes an adventure!

Park in the lay-by at N50 57.877 W000 34.509 then go to the Start Point where with the aid of a good flashlight the first of a trail of reflective "flashes" will be found. From that flash, the next one will be visible and so on.If in doubt pan about as this trail, though probably the easiest does take some sharp turns. If nothing flashes carry on along the existing path till you do find it.Any more than 75 yards without seeing a flash---Return to the car muttering the M word.Otherwise you
could refind the trail from the Trig Point. The trail ends where you see a 12cm long flash. At this point walk in a straight line 52 paces over the short section of silver birch log, passing the equestrians' "jump" on your right hand side up the fall line to a tree whose fall was halted by its neighbour's crook. This is the cache site.Having found the cache, return to the "jump" and follow the red flashes back to the car.The whole route is within the enclosed right angle of a letter L of small lanes so if you get lost or get the 'Jelly Terrors',know that west or south of you is the lane back to your car.Good Stuff Visual Purple! Good Luck.
