Geocache Description:

For all the locals living in this area in the 70's and 80's this park was known as Panther Park.

This park use to be the home of the South Adelaide Football Club.

Their emblem is still on the side of the change rooms, the Dan Moriarty Rooms.

The old club rooms is now the ‘Rackets Club’ operated by the Squash Association of SA

Now you can come and play Aussie Rules Football or Gaelic Football, or just take the dog for a walk around the oval.

On the other side of the park is some play equipment and BBQ’s for the family and a BMX track for the juniors to the North of GZ.
