The road from Barentsburg is good enough to drive on for most Svalbard cars. Without a car it is a ~15 min walk from town
This geocache is hidden at Finneset, just outside Barentsburg - the Russian settlement on Svalbard. It is placed close to the sea at a landmark you can see from a distance. You can access it all year, by car or foot from Barentsburg in the summer (don't forget to bring a gun, you never know when those white fluffy guys will show up), or drive by it using a scooter in the winter.
