Parking is at Sam's point Recreation area. Parking is $7.50 per vehicle. Cache is just off the main trail to Verkeerder Falls. The terrain is rocky and hilly trails are well established. Be prepared to hike 5 miles round trip, wear waterproof footwear. Bring snacks and water. While you are there enjoy the falls. There is another Cache nearby. At Ice Caves Mountain. You can find both Caches in one day. There are some inreresting caves, rock formations and views to see here.
This Cache is in a Tupperware container and contains the following: Pencil, Logbook, 2 Keys, Sheet Screw, Bottle Cap, and a Mouse Ball.
