The difficulty rating is based upon the HIGH muggle activity at the cache location and the path you may have to use to get to the hiding spot.
This university, which is affectionately called the "star of the northeast," is my alma mater, so I travel to this city quite often for ball games and other events. I noticed that there were very few caches along the route to the campus and no caches in town at all. After explaining geocaching to the university chancellor and the campus police, I received permission to place the first cache here.
If you search for the cache during football season, you will undoubtedly hear echoes of Viking Pride! being yelled in the distance.
This cache was placed after the 2006 Homecoming Game that Elizabeth City State University won by a score of 29-21 against Virginia Union University for the championship of the CIAA Northern Division.
The cache is hidden in a high muggle area, so use extreme stealth when you search for it.
