Geocache Description:

A quick diversion on the way to the Falls

This is a small cache placed in Hidden Falls Park, a wonderful new park outside of Auburn. This is a nice spot to stop on your way to view the Falls (or to rest if you're coming back). Information and a basic trail map are available at (visit link) . There are currently seven miles of trails in the park, and the county plans to expand the park and trail system significantly in the future.

Given the location and beauty of this park it will clearly get heavy usage. All of the caches I have placed are intended to minimize any need to leave the trail and impact the surroundings.

The cache is well hidden, but should be visible to cachers. It is only several feet from the trail and given the fact that the location is visible from multiple trails please take care to rehide it carefully and to avoid retriving the cache when muggles approach on the trail.

Take a picnic or snack and enjoy the park and help keep it nice for others to enjoy as well!
