Geocache Description:

Park at the end of Doyles RD in CBS and the cache is only a short walk away.

The T'railway through CBS is one of the best walking trails in Newfoundland or maybe one of the best in Canada. The wide rail bed is perfect for walking and biking but what is really great about the T'railway is the scenery.

In the eight years I've been walking the trail, I've seen icebergs, whales, seals and sea birds of every discription. Its also not unusual to see a wide variety marine traffic. Tankers, cruise ships, oil rigs and fishing boats all cross the bay from time to time.

The cache is a salt beef bucket covered with green duct tape. It contains a log book and the usual goodies. Many people use this section of the T'railway so please be careful when retreiving the cache and make sure the cache is well hidden when you are finished.
