In a much less frequented park in Bangkok, Next to Queen Sirikit Convention Centre. All Flat and in beautiful park/lake area.

The muggles here are largely the park workers and security guards. Easy walk from Asoke/Sukhumvit BTS/MTR Interchange station, or
you can walk to the park, start at the footbridge at the NE Corner of Lumpini Park
In effect, starting at Lumpini Park, you can get to the cache without really touching the road/traffic.
Stay on the overhead walkway, as far as possible, then a slight right/left dogleg will take you outside the North fence of the park. Proceed to upside down EXIT sign, up a few steps to main road. The park NE gate is 20 metres away, look for the pedestrian entrance.
