WPT 1
Breed Street was named after an early settler Henry Breed. He was a butcher and was also an elected councillor. Other streets you will visit during this cache are named after other family members.
I lived in this house for about 12 years after being born in the Central Gippsland Hospital (now demolished), which was located up the highway on the corner of Washington Street.
The house itself is a 3-bedroom brick veneer that later saw an external laundry added and the garage renovated to be a utility room. The original laundry was converted into a pantry/study.

After living in Breed Street, my parents built on the only vacant block in Mabel Street. (Named after Mabel Breed)
They built a 4-bedroom brick veneer house. I remember spending summer evenings filling in the area behind the retaining wall with dirt using bucket and walking out and back along the top of the wall.
I lived here until I was about 21 or 22 then Dad took a package from the SEC and moved to Frankston. I think they were sick of giving me the hint to move out so sold the house out from under me!
I needed to move quickly but where to? Got it!!

I moved not far away. The house belonged to my grandmother. (Good old Gran to the rescue.)
I moved in there with Gran which worked out well. She had someone to do the lawns and maintenance and take her shopping and I had someone to do my washing and cooking. I lived here in Ethel St (named after Ethel Breed) for about 6 years.

I moved out of Gran's place when I got married. In 1996 my new (and only) wife and I rented a house in Regency court for about 15 months. I have no idea how the name came about. After saving enough for a house deposit we purchased our first (and only) house at the next co-ords.

Our Home. Here we have started our own family. The quiet location is great and I love the size of our block. We bought this house in February 1998. It was almost finished and had no gardens or grass. It is a huge change from when we moved in to today.
The number of the house is the same number of houses I have lived in. (mmm spooky)
This court has been named after the developer’s son. A well known person often seen walking around the area. (He can’t drive cause he can’t see!)
At the end of the court look north(ish).
The last WP can be derived from the lamppost. (FGHIJKL).Use the numbers in the final formula to find the container. You should not need to step on the garden to find it.
