100 Mile House is famous for being the Handcrafted Log Home Capital of North America, hosting the World’s Largest Cross Country Skis, and being 100 miles from Lillooet! From where you are or will be standing, you will view the 100 Mile House Airstrip, a Ducks Unlimited Wildlife Sanctuary, the South Cariboo Visitor Centre, and the Recreation Complex. From Highway 97 and a short two blocks east is where the local shops are located, service centre to an area population of 20,000. The quaint charm of the unique shops will meet your shopping needs and desires. Our restaurants range from international cuisine to home-style cooking. Centennial Park, our hidden jewel is perfect for families and children to stretch weary traveling legs or have a quiet picnic. The park is the host of a handful of geocaches. A definite must! Enjoy a short meandering walk along Bridge Creek to a waterfall.
