Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Cox Hall Creek (formerly Villas) WMA in Cape May County. For those of you who don't know, it has a unique story. It was a golf course/country club that fell on hard times and was closed. The NJ Dept of Fish, Game and Wildlife and the NJ Chapter of the Wild Turkey Federation grabbed it and now it's a WMA.

The area is open to walk-in use only. There is a small parking area at the entrance (N39 00.363_W074 56.465). Please obey posted signs and do NOT try to drive past the barriers. Bikes and dogs on leash are allowed, it's a great place to enjoy a bike ride or a walk with your favorite geo-pooch.
