Geocache Description:


4-stage multi-cache located in Lake Manawa Park. Decided to place a cache that requires you to stretch your legs just a bit since so few caches in the area do. Park hours are from 0400 to 2230.

Its a little over a mile hike from stage 1 to the final stage. Terrain is mostly flat with a little bushwacking. This cache has a higher terrain rating for a reason. Do not attempt this cache in inclement weather (rain, snow, ice, sleet, etc.) Also do not attempt if it is dark outside. The first 2 stages are near an area where hunting is authorized at certain times. Tree cover is pretty thick at several locations so accuracy of your GPSr will be affected. In fact the woods can be pretty dark so bring a flashlight with you. You will probably see many deer while doing this cache. First 3 stages are decon containers and the final stage is a small lock-n-lock container.
