GeoCrater: I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no word from the owner in the month or more since the last reviewer note was posted. If you want to re-activate the cache during the next couple of months, please contact GeoCrater to see if that's possible. If the cache meets current guidelines, consideration will be given based on the circumstances surrounding the original archival.

NOTE: My preferred method of communication is through notes on the cache page in question. However, should you wish to use email - please do not select "reply". In general, a replay to the geocaching.com mail bot will not reach me. Instead, please go to your cache page and e-mail GeoCrater from the log there or email me directly at geocrater@gmail.com, referencing the cache URL, or waypoint number.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Tillamook OHV park on the 4WD trail with the same name as the cache. Most easily accessible with 4WD. Can get within 1/4 mile of the cache with 2WD via Forest Service road.

This cache was placed as part of an event for the Pacific Coast Rover Club to introduce members to geocaching. We had a great time with this series of caches and we hope that you will too! You are looking for a medium ammo can. Contents have an outdoors/offroad theme.

You will probably want to get a copy of the Tillamook OHV park trail map as GPS reception can be spotty in the forest. Maps are available through the Oregon Department of Forestry and at local convenience stores for about $3. An Oregon or Washington ATV sticker is REQUIRED to drive the trails. They are available where you liscence vehicles and some outdoor stores
