The "Prairie Zephyr" is just a short drive in. Park your car at the gate where the "steps" are and enjoy a short brisk climb to where this cache is located. It is a beautiful view of the valley, and of the Cascade mountains! On this day when we placed the cache, the word "Zephyr" was a pretty "mild" way of putting it, considering the " cold, howling wind" that was swirling around us, and freezing our ears!! :)The mountains at this time are covered with SNOW!
A beautiful spot to appreciate our gorgeous Central Oregon!
