Park and find a rugged path for access which goes over a steep slope. On June 10th, 2007 this cache was replaced due to a disappearence of the first hide, from high winds and water. The new cache contains a stuffed dog, button pin, caching permit, geocaching.com pencil and the usual log book, pencil and sharpner. Small trade items only please. Oh yes - hunt a bit as the location is slightly off coordinates to prevent being "lost at sea again". Good luck!
Cautions: Beware of high tide and winds in the winter season. Your footwear should have sole gripping power! The area is in need of a clean-up! This spot is great on a warm summer day for collecting beach glass or taking a dip in our boyant salt water. Watch for seals, crabs and lobsters (or whatever else may come your way). Never swim alone!
