This cache is dedicated to a friend of all who knew him. Community festivals and Frenchcreek were two of things he enjoyed. This cache is placed overlooking Frenchcreek and released on "Light Up Night" for that reason. The title for this cache comes from a movie in which the message is "Be Kind". When you find this cache, take the time to stop, look around, and enjoy the moment. More importantly remember Harvey and just "Be Kind"
