Parking available at DERBYSHIRE BRIDGE N53. 14.540 W001. 58.506.
From here it is a one and a half mile walk to the cache which is at the trig. point on the top of Burbage Edge. On moorland above the Goyt Valley. Walking boots are recommended. Be prepared - remember that the weather can change, on the tops, at any time of year.
From Derbyshire Bridge car park follow Buxton Old Road track until a path turns across the moor at N53. 14.801
W001. 57.659. You are now on open access land so can choose to follow paths or head straight to the trig. point.
After finding this cache you could continue along the path and down into the Goyt Valley where there are other caches to visit.
Alternatively you could re-trace your steps, part way, and then visit the caches on Axe Edge Moor.
If neither of these appeal then the return journey to Derbyshire Bridge car park is still one and a half miles!!
